Brief Statistics of China’s Overseas Labor Service Cooperation, January–May, 2024
From January to May, 2024, various kinds of workers dispatched abroad by Chinese businesses amounted to 159,000, an increase of 22,000 year-on-year. The number of workers dispatched for contracted projects was 63,000, and that for labor cooperation was 96,000. At the end of May, 550,000 Chinese workers were working overseas.
